Structure Lab: Cancellation Policy

Because each Structure Lab offers only a limited number of seats, every registration takes up a seat and precludes others from participating. On the other hand we do realize that things come up and plans change. As such we offer a cancellation policy to balance these competing factors and considerations.

Cancellation or Replacement Request
 		       Our Policy
 
By 5pm Eastern time 21 calendar days or more prior to day of your Structure Lab experience
  • Have a friend or colleague take your place free of charge
  • or receive a refund of the amount you paid less a $50 processing fee
By 5pm Eastern time 14 calendar days prior to your Structure Lab experience
  • Have a friend or colleague take your place free of charge
  • or receive a 50% return on your registration fees
Within 13 calendar days or by 5pm one calendar day prior to your Structure Lab experience
  • Have a friend or colleague take your place free of charge
  • no refund available
